The items you ordered will be delivered to the destination that is written during your checkout. You can update your delivery information during Order Confirmation (Konfirmasi Pesanan).
We will inform you if we are not able to complete the shipment as estimated, however, we are not responsible for the loss, damage or other fees that are caused from the delay of the shipment.
After we ship the product, you are most likely to sign a sheet of proof for shipment (Bukti Pengiriman). You can contact our eFFiRaia Luxury Customer Service through our email: firstname.lastname@example.org if there happens to be any mistakes or damage towards your product. You will have to show the documents that we sent you with the package upon our requests to be able to continue the next step.
Keep in mind that we may not be able to deliver to a few locations for certain reasons, we will inform you through the contact detail that you gave us when you made the order and arrange a cancellation for your order, or send the item to an alternative address.
We will send the items in each brand’s standard packaging. If there are any extra concerns regarding the packaging, please kindly inform us at email@example.com.
We provide nationwide shipping using JNE Regular, JNE YES (Overnight Delivery), or Go-jek and Personal Courier (within the DKI Jakarta Area).
